I had to update our Demand Approval workflow.
I have removed 2 approvals (these are the final 2 approvals of the workflow).
The issue is that there are demand records out there that maybe have 1 of the 6 approvals completed already.
I am seeing that now that I updated the workflow, that the 2 approvals at the end of the workflow, the ones I removed, are still there.
Is there any way around this? Is there a way that I can incorporate this updated workflow without having to restart it on all of the existing records out there? Because the customer does not want all of the existing approvals out there to be re-done.. if anyone has any suggestions, let me know. thanks.
