Hi,
We have made multiple upgrades from Kingston to New York to our instances. During the upgrade, none of our customizations on the "Customizations Unchanged Related List" have not been reconciled or updated since Kingston. So there is a long list of P1,P2,P3 items that were "Skipped" during the upgrade process (some are related to access/security). What is the impact to our environment of not reviewing or updating those customizations since they were originally built on Kingston? What should we be doing with those customizations that are on the "Customization Unchanged Related List" tab? What is best practice?

What I was saying is.... our customizations were never reviewed in any of our previous upgrades either (since the Kingston). The ones on the "Skipped Changes to Review" has been completed.
The "Customized Unchanged" is the tab where our customizations are. Several of our customizations were skipped. The question is, if we do not address them by selecting "Resolve Conflict" and "Save Merge" to retain them--our customizations will not leverage the new functionality that ServiceNow has built since Kingston. These are for the records classified as P1,P2.
