Upgrade Developer Instance to the latest patch

My Developer instance is currently on Geneva Patch 4, but the latest patch is Patch 7. Patch 6 contains a fix to a problem that I am facing now.

I thought the development instances are automatically upgraded to the latest patch, but apparently that is a wrong thought. Any idea ´s on how I can get an upgrade to patch 7?

Hi Martijn,




I believe that one restriction of the developer instances is that you can only upgrade to the latest available release/patch and not to a specific prior release/patch.

Hi Martijn,



Berny is correct.   We are working on the ability to allow folks to upgrade to the most recent patch while keeping everyone on a release to the previous patch.   This is allowed on the Fuji release, but not Geneva or Helsinki at this point.
