Upgrade midserver version

Hi All

I want to upgrade the mid server from vancouver to yokohama as my instance is in yokohama.
I want to manually do it i dont have option upgrade in related list.
Please let me know the way how can i do it.

 ServiceNow generally auto upgrades the mid server on instance upgrade, you can check this article to see the requirements for upgrade - MID Server upgrades

If all the pre-requisites are present, try to install it again. It will work!

Check If any issue are there if issue are there resolve them and in-validate and re-validate server this will work.
