Urgent!! HTML tags are shown in email notification

Hello Developers

While retrieving the Description data from an HR case, HTML tags are also being displayed. I’m attaching images for your reference.

Could someone please help me with this?

Hello,
please navigate to the particular notification, then "What it will contain" tab and there is a field "Content type", make sure it is HTML and not plain text.

it is HTML and plain text and I also want you to say this is an OOB notification for Approvals and this issue is for reject notification "Approval Rejected By Other".
