Dear Team,
I have a very important meeting later today, where I need to present my developer instance of Service Now that has all my worked stored in it. It was working just a few hours ago but now it says offline. IF I refresh, it starts refreshing but thern goes offline. If I use a direct link I get the 502 Bad gateway.
Is there some maintenance happening?
Please can you bring my instance back online? I need to urgently finish my work there. DO NOT release it as I have all my information stored there.
Your PDI: dev398198
Thank you.

Hi @antonrozj,
Some PDIs may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. If your PDI is currently offline, you can:
- Wait for maintenance to complete and your instance to become available again.
- Release your current instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing your instance will permanently delete all data and work stored on it.
As a reminder, PDIs are unsupported development resources and do not have an availability, support, or uptime SLA. We strongly recommend regularly backing up any work you don’t want to lose.

Dear Samyak,
Thank you very much for your answer. Do you know by any chance how much longer the maintenance work will continue? I have the presentation in a couple of hours.
Thank you,
Anton

I'm facing the same issue with my PDI. These used to be a valuable resource but are now a source a continued frustration.

PDIs are unsupported and unreliable. Never end your day without making local backups of the work you did, if that work needs to be continued or presented. It doesn't help you now, but using a PDI to present something, is very high risk. It could even just go offline in the middle of your presentation and there is nothing you can do about it.
