URL for a sys ID

Hello,

     I created a test catalog in record producer. I have the catalog hidden so other users does not find this catalog in the service portal. I will have a ui action to create a button on a record. I will have a flow that will get activated when the button is pushed to send an email with the link to the hidden catalog in the portal. How to write the URL to gain access to this catalog via the portal with it hidden?

What do you mean with 'I have a ui action to create a button on a record'? Do you just mean that you have the button?

And why are you making it so hard? Who are you sending the email to? Even if you have the URL of the item, the user will need to have access to it, so how did you hide it? And most of all: why? If a user should be able to request something, just make it visible. How long do you think this will remain a 'secret'. As soon as the link is out there, it can be shared.
