URL link attached to a variable to download one file

Hi All, 

Is it possible to attach a link in a "Catalog Item Variable" in Service Catalog?

Is there a way that I can generate a clickable "link", that can redirect me into another page and download the file within that URL.

Once an end user clicks on the Link "Click Here for Axur Pricing and Sizing Detail" then it should download one excel file containing the detail information.

 

Can anyone let me know how to achieve this? And what should be the Variable type?And also it should work in Service Portal as well.
