Hi,
I'm starting to use servicenow. I'm missing some standard ways to improve performance of the web site. One can see that HTTP 1.1 will be used for processing of all requests to my https://instancename.service-now.com/. Is there are any way to configure the instance to use HTTP 2?
Thanks in advance
Oleg

At this point the underlying web server is using HTTP 1.1. As far as I can tell, it is not a configurable option to use HTTP 2.0. If you feel this is a requirement, I invite you to open an enhancement request! Our product managers DO listen.

I want to thank both Oleg for the post and Chuck for the response. I have recently been learning more ways to improve my custom app performance and have also realized ServiceNow isn't yet HTTP/2 capable. I believe this will be a huge improvement across all clients, custom apps, and the platform as a whole in the future. HTTP/1.1 dates back to 1997 (nearly 20 years ago now) and the improvements of HTTP/2.2 (2015) are just incredible in comparison.
I too will put in an enhancement request for this as well. I'm sure its already on their radar.
Thanks!

Any word on when http/2 will be available?
We have users in Asia (250ms+ roundtrip ping) that would greatly benefit from this feature.
tnx!
