When requested item is in awaiting approval for >60, move the request to closed and set as closed incomplete?

Hello Mitchell_Milo, 

Do you want to call a scheduled job using a sys_property? Why not use a scheduled job for calling a business rule for autoclosing this kind of request, this is how it's done OOTB for incident autoclose (check this BR code: incident autoclose).
