User is unable to view report although user have all required role.

Hi Community,
User is unable to review report via dashboard although user have all required roles to view report. He is getting error message.
Please advice.

I have checked all these conditions but still users are unable to see the report records

@Drishti This is because of new report View ACL's added by ServiceNow.
