User names not populating while HR Case creation in "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management"

In "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management", when I am trying to create a new HR Case and typing any user name in "Verify the employee requesting this case" field, the name is not getting populated even though that user exists. Please help on how to rectify it

@Community Alums Please check case creation configuration on your instance and see if the filters on the Employee search is configured correctly.

Also, check if the user who you are trying to search has an HR profile or not.

I attached the case creation screenshot in my reply and it looks fine. HR profile exists for the user whom I am trying to search.

 

This issue is only coming in "Agent workspace for HR Case Management".

It is working fine in older HR Agent Workspace & in Now platform

@Community Alums Please check application restricted access caller module and see if their are any access request in Requested/Invalidated state. Approve them and check if it fixes this issue.

Checked it and found that there are no access requests in Requested/Invalidated state.
