User not able to access catalog item

Hi Community,
I am facing issue that User not able to access catalog item,
when I check in "User Criteria Diagnostics" result comes as user can view catalog item,
But user not able to see that catalog item in service portal.
Please light on why this issue ocured?

Hi Ram, Thanks for response,
Yes I have checked that already, User not listed in "Not Available for" directly or indirectly.
Catalog item is available for snc_internal role,
and this role is not visible in user's role list also not able to assign this role to user manually as role not visible in role list.
Please help.

i've got the same issue:
into catalog item page, i've remove the Criteria into the "Available for" related link and after i've insert back it.
That solve the issue for me
