User not able to see dashboard data

Hello, I need help with a user who is not able to see the dashboard data however he does have access to table data.

 Please help me out what am I missing?

Is that a homepage or a dashboard? Have you verified that the dashboard/homepage works if you access it? Have you verified what happens if you impersonate the user?

Yes, @AndersBGS its a dashboard on the homepage it works well when I see the dashboard but when impersonated with the user as shown in the attached ss the results are showing 0 values. He also can see that data on the table.

Your comment doesn't make sense: " a dashboard on the homepage". It is either a Dashboard or a homepage - not both. Have you verified the SYSID of the homepage/dashboard? is it the same sysid that you enter into? or are they different? You can verify this in the URL.

Hi @AndersBGS the dashboard is shared on the homepage is this as you can see it shows data for me
