User not able to see dashboard data

Hello, I need help with a user who is not able to see the dashboard data however he does have access to table data.

Please help me out what am I missing?

Hi @Peter Bodelier there is no report_view ACLs on the table.

You mentioned that the report is shared to a group. Can other members of the group see the contents of the report?
If they can, please compare roles of the other members, against the roles of this user.

Hi @Peter Bodelier other members can see the contents of the dashboards there there is a basic role to access that table which is added in the group sn_customerservice.visits_user

I guess that is not the only role the users in the group have.

Could you compare the roles assigned to the users themselves (inhereted or directly assigned)?
