User redirecting to ServiceNow instead of Service Portal

Hi All,

 

We have enabled the OKTA for SSO. When users log in via SSO, they should routed to the Service Portal. but only one specific user is redirecting to ServiceNow 

 

Note: Event the user has no role and no groups

 

I want to know what could be the reason.?

where do I need to start my research .?

Try to compare this user with another who is redirecting to portal. seems some cache issue or some URL update in User profile.
