Users approved area is greyed out in change request.

The user is trying to approve the change request but she cannot do. She can only reject the approval itseems. I have impersonated her but I can see the approve and reject button. How do I sort this?

You should check the approve button conditions and see if it causing any issues or not

just right click on any field and configure UI actions from the related list itself. Refer the below screenshot

Hi @Abishek1998 ,
Have you selected the record which you want to approve?. Whenever you select the record you can see approve/Reject highlighted else it will be in grayed out.
The other options to approve or reject the record:
1) Right click on the requested you will find approve. see screenshot below.
2)Open the approval record use approve/reject button or state field. see screenshot below.
