Users are not able to see the relationships on a ci record

Hi All, 

User's are not able to see the existing relationships on a CI record and they have read access to cmdb_rel_ci table. Could anyone please let me know where i've to fix this issue.

No Aidan, we didn't add any filter for the relationship i'm searching for. When i go to cmdb_rel_ci table i can  see the relationships for particular ci, if i open that CI record I can not see the downstream relationships but as a admin i can see the CI relationships.
