Hi,
Users are not able to see the worknotes with in the task.
could you please suggest why its users are not able to see the work notes in tasks, as an admin i can see but for users worknotes not visible

Please verify whether the users possess the necessary role to access and read work notes. The required roles are specified in the ACLs (Access Control Lists) configured for the task table.
Please examine the read ACL for the table.work_notes (replace "table" with the actual backend name of the task table) to determine the roles that are granted read access to the work notes.

If you are referring to Catalog Task, then the Read ACL on the task.work_notes table will show that the Itil role is needed to be able to see Work Notes. As an Admin, you would have the Itil role by default. Test it by adding the itil role to a user manually and then impersonate them and see if you can see the work notes with their account.
If you needed to modify this ACL or create a new one, you would need to elevate your role to "security_admin" in the dropdown next to your profile picture in the backend. Then you can create a new ACL or modify one as needed. Just be careful when attempting that type of work.
