I created an agent in co pilot studio and am using servicenow as a knowledge source using Oauth2 authentication. I was able to set up the client id, instance name and was able to test and confirm it was working for me. When I try to share the agent with others, they are able to use the agent until it tries to use the servicenow connector, then they receive the following error "Test connection failed. Details: Non-json response." Do I need to configure additional access?
