Users not able to save the related list in change request for Demand

Hi Team,

 

In the change request we have Demand as the related list, users are able to see the edit button and even can select the demand also, but after saving the page ... the respective demand was not added into the related list .. if anybody encountered the issue before and had solution please share.

It really seems to be a problem with rights. Check the ACL for the demand table, perhaps there is something weird preventing even an admin to see it... 

And also check whether it is really demand table and not demand task for example

those are demands only but i see that filter we are having in page which comes after clicking on edit button is 'task type is demand'.. is that make any differences? i don't see any difference please let me know if you have any info

Hmmm, it is strange.

Anyways, please navigate to the following two tables and search in them if you will find it there as the related list might have some conditions that are preventing from showing your records.

In the latter table, you might find something like this example:

My PDI does not have the plugin activated for the Demand table, but it shall be easy to find it in your instance.. and let's hope that there is some condition to give you the resolution.
