Users who are accessible to ESC Portal?

All the users without any roles are also accessing ESC Portal.But I want to know who are all the actual users having hr access and esc portal.

Hi Mounika,

You can navigate to Application/Module roles first to verify what roles are given to each. The next you can verify is the roles that come OOB - Roles installed with Employee Service Center

The Employee Service Center (HR Service Portal) is your primary interface to access your employee profile. You must have any sn_hr_sp.hrsp* role to access the HR Service Portal.
