Hi All,
we have two user accounts with same email address. In sso settings we used email as User field. what will happen if two users(one user is active and another is inactive) present in table with same email id.

HI Giri,
We have faced the same issue in our PROD instance, while doing FIM integration we got multiple ID's for one person . so what we did is just made one active
and sso will check only that active one.
Please provide your feedback appropriately (Like, Helpful, Endorse AND/OR Correct) to help community.

Hello All,
There might be more risks involved:
I am not 100% sure if only active users are used when duplicate email addresses are used in the user table, this could be coincidence.
When incidents are created by email and if an inactive user is found first an incident will not be created.
Better be safe than sorry.

yes this might be an issue in case of having multiple IDs.
