Uses of M365Spoke

Hi All,

Is there anyone who has experience in M365 Spoke with Servicenow.

Is it possible to automate the email id creation using this spoke? Or what is the actual usage of this spoke. I have gone through the Product documentations, but still don't have a clarity on this.

Please provide some insights if anyone implemented this.

Here is the quick info on O356 Spoke :

1. You can do user Lookup and perform actions over it.
2. Lets you manage subscriptions of company
3. You can retrive audit logs from system
4. You can perform all calender activity

for creating email, you can build you own custom flow action...
