Hi Experts,

We are creating cmdb_ci_outage records which is available as Related List on Incident Form.

However after saving the values are not saved and when viewed from Incident related List these are blank.

trying to save a value in Filed 'User Input'  of Type = user_input.

Was going through multiple community threads and KB articles, is there a solution to this ? we are in Washington and Next Experience enabled.

Any assistance would be helpful please.

Hi,

and how do you create these records? Is it by script, manually, or what is the use case?

To understand your issue, it would require to know more details. Tell me more about the User input field and the configurations behind it.

Interesting, when I replicate it on my project's environment, the form is so different:

I remember an incident with Outages and there was the issue with not having populated the Start and End dates properly, but you do not have there these fields.

Create a record (or take existing one), and check it from the list view - add there all the columns and try to see, perhaps there is some dependency.
