Value not saved in form

Hi Experts,

We are creating cmdb_ci_outage records which is available as Related List on Incident Form.

However after saving the values are not saved and when viewed from Incident related List these are blank.

trying to save a value in Filed 'User Input'  of Type = user_input.

Was going through multiple community threads and KB articles, is there a solution to this ? we are in Washington and Next Experience enabled.

Any assistance would be helpful please.

Hmmmm, try to review the ACLs, to the column search for "*user_input" to see if it does not have any inherited rules.

Btw do you have admin rights?

hi @GlideFather as an Admin i can not save it thats wierd. Also there is no ACL for this field but i can see in dictionary 'Edge encryption Enabled' not sure if that is the reason

I do not think "Edge encryption Enabled" would be the issue, I saw that on many other fields as well... is this your project's instance or PDI?

If it is just PDI, send me a private message if you want me to take a look there. (Should not be a good idea to do that on a real client's instance)

this is our customer instance but what i can see it is OOB only for this table

Any suggestion please how to overcome this one. We want to avoid creating custom field .
