I am receiving the "Value of field record is not a GlideRecord" error on a Workflow.
However, the error received is erratic. The workflow works perfectly on some tickets but fails for some tickets.
The workflow is run as "System User", so I know it's not a role or access-based issue.
I am attaching a screenshot of the error. Looking forward to some guidance on this.
