variable are not showing in the report when run with an itil user but working with admin access

Hi 

I'm trying to create a report with the record producer variable data in it, when i run the report with admin access it was showing me the data but when i tried with custom roles and itil role it the variable data was not showing on the report
The report type i'm using was 'list'

Check the following Read ACLs and if they haven't already got it add the 'itil' role:
