Variable formatter bug

A recent bug in our Development environment:
Variable formatter is only working in the platform ticket record form layout:
However, variable formatter is facing bug issue in the CSM/FSM Workspace, where the variable fields are displayed, but the user input values are not:
Anyone knows the fix on this? This bug only affects our development environment, but production is actually OK. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please don't double post your questions. You already posted this yesterday, just follow-up on that. If there are no (good) answers given, apparently no one has input for you.
If you feel this is a bug? Raise a case to ServiceNow Support.

I've deleted the older post. I thought I deleted it already. Hence I posted again in the Developer Forum instead of the CSM forum as the one before . Hopefully in the Developer forum, I can receive more help.
