Variable formatter

Hello, 

I have created a record producer with A LOT of variables and a lot of catalog ui policies.

This record producer creates a facilities request, I displayed theses variables on the facilities request form but they are unreadable.

When I submit the form from the back-end it works perfectly.

[EDIT] The first screenshot is the variables with the request submitted from the portal and the second one is the request submitted by the back-end.

We have a modify sc_cat_item widget if it's of any help for you to know.

Does any one has an idea or has already seen this type of bug ?

[EDIT] The variables are not displayed in the same order as the one on the portal form on the first screenshot.

Yes, I am sorry, the first screenshort is what the form looks like when the request is submitted from the portal and the second one is when the request is submitted from the back-end.

Actually the sc_cat_item was modified by another company, we don't know why and there is a lot of code, so before trying to read all this code I was asking if anyone has another idea that could have helped me.

I asked a few other questions around the "spot" of the screenshot as it differs for both (not only read-only but the contents/fields shown)...so if you could clarify that that would be great.

As mentioned before, I haven't personally seen this and this appears to be an issue with customization. Without know what that is...or why...we can't really assist. If you're not sure why it was edited, please ask your team, there would have to be some documentation, story, etc. around somewhere stating why this was done. You could also try to replace the out of box widget back and see how that works for you.
