Variable summary in serviceportal in approval showing not used variable

Hi team, 

Can any one please help me on this issue.

I want to hide variable which is not being used in catalog form showing up on while approver approves request.

In catalog level variable is hidden using ui policy. But not used variable is showing now with default value in variable summary.

I want to hide not called variable, is the reany way like ui policy to hide this  varible while ritm goes to approver.

There is a field on Variables, 'Visible on summaries' have you tried changing its value.

Actually there is 2 variable of same question(name different) which should be visible only based on users company.

I want same requirement on summary of variable.

Currently both are checked. Hence it's showing in summary but I want to make it visible only when it is used in form. Right now not used variable showing default value.

If we uncheck one it will not show even if that is choosen by requestor in summary right?

I have tried to uncheck one variable still it is showing 2variable on approval summary

However unchecking is not a solution I think because I want this variable on summary but variable which needs  to show is which user selects. Not that variable which is hidden in form based on ui policy
