Variable summary in serviceportal in approval showing not used variable

Hi team, 

Can any one please help me on this issue.

I want to hide variable which is not being used in catalog form showing up on while approver approves request.

In catalog level variable is hidden using ui policy. But not used variable is showing now with default value in variable summary.

I want to hide not called variable, is the reany way like ui policy to hide this  varible while ritm goes to approver.

could you please clarify means all variables in catalog will be visibile on summary wven if we check or un check the availability column?

May I know is there any way to configure this variable showing on sysapproval_approver table description. I could see jelly script is written and variable is calling from some xml file. When I checked it was mentioned it is out of box configuration

Is there any other way to hide variable not chosen by requestor on this table.

Sync 2variable have same name approvers are confused when default value is showing in not chosen variable
