Variables in RITM and SC task

Hi Team ,

 

can anyone please help here , 

 

 I have built a catalog and i am preforming testing , and I have submitted a request with below variables.

But while checking platform level some fields are populating .

Same in SCTASK .

There is an UI policy i have written

Variables also i have added in workflow

can anyone please help me here ,  please provide how to resolve this .

@nameisnani , I see Sdass role is mandatory is it from UI policy?

Can you show the UI policy config for this?

A couple of things to check up top.  When you browse back to the portal do the variables still show in the ticket record or have they also now disappeared?

If you open the RITM ticket and check the history, were these variables removed by a system or a user?

It may be that a business rule or script is running following submission to remove the values.  There may also be client scripts running to clear the form values so check to see the ones on the catalog form.

Hi @nameisnani when you make variables mandatory on catalog form , you dont need to set true the highlighted one in screen shot below, uncheck them so they are not mandatory on RITM and Task

As per your insturction i have followed but no luck

Hi @nameisnani can you check if you have set clear the variable value set to true as below in UI policy Action? if yes uncheck it

and another check is there any onload or onchange client script which clears variable?
