Variables not displayed in RITM and SCTASK

Hello!

I have a catalog item containing variables set to Global = true. However, these variables are not displayed in the RITM and SCTASK. Please help on why these variables are missing!

Hi,

Do you have any UI policies or catalog client scripts written to hide these fields at some point in the catalog item view? If yes you need to select the Applies to Requested Item and Applies to Catalog Task on these configurations to see the variables. On UI policy you need to switch to Advanced view to check the Applies to field.

There is no UI policy or catalog client script that hides these fields. I checked the 'sc_item_option_mtom' and no records were created for these variables. Is this the reason the fields are missing?

Yes it should be the reason but cause is something else. Are you able to replicate it or is it a temporary issue? This can happen sometimes due to performance issue

I was able to replicate the issue. I created a new catalog item and added a field. Same result - the field was not displayed in the RITM and SCTASK.
