Hello!
I have a catalog item containing variables set to Global = true. However, these variables are not displayed in the RITM and SCTASK. Please help on why these variables are missing!
Thank you.

So where is this field added (variable set?) How many variables does this catalog item have? Also does it work if you add the variable in a different item?

The variables are not in a variable set since these will only used by this particular catalog item. The catalog item has 14 variables.

At the task level, you need to add this variables in your create task workflow activity.
Can you uncheck the global value and see if it works?

Variable set as global = true should show in the task level as well. I have done this several times in the past and currently. This is how you can create generic workflows that cover multiple items.

@Brain: Does the global check overrides the UI policies or scripts used to hide them?
