Viber Integration

Hi guys,

Could you please share your experience with Viber integration as I didn't find any information in the servicenow documentation

Unfortunately there is not much documentation available. I think we need to try and figure it out in-house. 

We might need to know the business requirements like: Uni or Bi-directional chat or Virtual agent? When, what, who, etc. details. If Inbound Integration, we need to provide the SNow Endpoints to Third party tools or applications so they can access SNow tables.
