View all search terms used in employee center

Can someone please tell me where I can find the search queries our clients are using in employee center?

What I'd like to have a report that shows me what terms are used in employee center searches by our users and even better if we can see what the results are or what they clicked on (if anything).

Ideas?

I have been using the sys_search_event table on an analytics dashboard for our ECPro owners.  There is a known problem (PRB1943150) with some of the calculations that can be done on 'click position'  ServiceNow is working to resolve in their OOB dashboard, and recommended I use the below table to pull that data going forward.
