View Backup

Hi,

Our company's domain(URL) is getting changed to a different name (.com). This change deletes all the customized views of incidents, changes, etc in the CSM workspace. Is there a way to get a backup of those views and then once the URL is changed successfully, I can import the view back?

Or any other alternate way or script to find a path

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

The CSM Workspace doesn't have the option to configure or export the list. PFB image.

Hi @swapnil15   as @Dr Atul G- LNG  proposed, using the classic UI to export the  UI views (appropriately filtered) should work. Please give it a try
