Is there a report or analysis that will allow you see all customizations of an instance and compare them to the out of box?

Hello @Danny Barker 

There is no OOB dashboard for this. In any record, go to version related list or bring versions from related list.

You can see the Customer Updates from vesionss related list.

You can compare any update to the current version. Right-click the update record and select Compare to Current. (You can select any two customer updates and compare from list action).

Many don't have 'Version' as a related list option.
