Hi Guys,
In Problem table, I can see 'View' option from the Context Menu. But from Incident and Change table, this 'View' option is not available. Please see the attachments.
For your information, the 'View' is already there in the UI Context Menu and that too is not been updated. I have cross checked and was confirmed that Views are already presents from System UI --> Views and all are working fine. Just unable to see and switch the views due to this problem.
Can you please provide helpful solutions? Helpful solutions will be highly appreciated!

Hi Shane,
It's working fine now. Had to raise HI for that. One UI policy was marked the reason behind that issue.

Check the view rules if it is enabled.

If you are admin, view option will be visible for sure even tho a form dosent have any other view apart from default. Please make sure you have logged in as admin.
