'View' is not visible

Hi Guys,

In Problem table, I can see 'View' option from the Context Menu. But from Incident and Change table, this 'View' option is not available. Please see the attachments.

For your information, the 'View' is already there in the UI Context Menu and that too is not been updated. I have cross checked and was confirmed that Views are already presents from System UI --> Views and all are working fine. Just unable to see and switch the views due to this problem.

Can you please provide helpful solutions? Helpful solutions will be highly appreciated!

It's working fine now. Had to raise HI for that. One UI policy was marked the reason behind that issue.

Hi,



Since this seems to be a effect of an UI Policy try to inactivate all UI Policies for the form and see if it works then. If it does I would recommend to start activating them one by one and see which one makes it stop working. Then you can start looking into it and figure out why.

As goranlundqvist has said, it was because of a UI Policy, which was causing the issue. Please try to follow the suggestion what Goran has provided.

I am facing similar problem ... with the time card ..

not able to see view option ... but one of my team member is able to see that

similar roles i have given to me 

 

Any leads will be appreciated .

First you need to see in "Edit Module", you should have a "view name" and that "view name" should be in View Rules with the corresponding table.

And them in View Rules, you must to create a new rule and in the view you can write the name of the view that you want.

In the "Edit Module" you can see too the Role that you must to have for change the view.
