View keeps changing to "Self-Service"

I have a user that keeps getting their "View" settings changed on them. They want it to stay on "Default View" but it keeps going to "Self-Service" view. They mostly see this on different ticket types. I checked our Business Rules, Modules, and View Rules but did not see anything. I'm newer to ServiceNow so I'm not sure if I'm missing something but I cannot figure out why it would switch. The rules that I can find show that it should be defaulting to the "Default View." I thought it might be tied to the group the person is in, but according to another member of that group, they are not experiencing the issue. Any ideas on what I should check? Let me know if more information is needed and I'll do my best to fill it in. Thanks!
