Hello,
I unable to find View option on the Form head Context menu in my personal instance but i can see the same in other instance. Please help me out how to get the view option on Form header context menu

I think you will first need to create a list layout for that view to see it there. you can configure the list layout, and create a new list view from there (name it the same as your other view, so it will just add the list layout to that same view).

Yes i am an admin and moreover this is my personal instance, not sure what changes i did. how can i reset ?

And i check view rules i deactivated couple of rules which were created custom but still no luck
