Virtual Agent - attachment issue on interaction record

Hello devs,

I have an ongoing issue where, I see some interactions where transcript field says, 'See attached file.' but there is no attachment in the record. It's difficult to find out what exactly happened during the chat session. Can anyone help. I have attached the record for reference.

@Shree123  Are the interaction records of a particular topic displays this message as "See attached file" or its not specific to a topic?
