Virtual Agent before Greetings message

How can i get rid of the above message, when i start a new chat, I have my greetings and all set up, but the above, Please select your issue message is coming before the Greetings

Hey @AmbikaSekar1010
We have the same requirement to disable to the Pre-chat message. We have disabled the Pre-chat Survey for ESC, but the message it still showing up. Can you provide some more inputs what exactly you disabled to get rid of the message. Thanks in Advance

Hello @manish kale
Can you confirm they are disabled OOB One;
Disable it by deactivating the topic, or Remove/modify the message block that shows the greeting. Save and publish the changes.
You may have to do via Virtual Agent Client:
Navigate to Virtual Agent > Settings.
Under Client Configuration, find the Greeting Message field.
Clear or modify the message.
Save the settings.
