Virtual Agent chat Box Not Working

Hi,

when we click on the Virtual Agent Chat, we are getting error like Page not found.
And in Go section it shows 
$sn-va-web-client-app.do?sysparm_stack=no@99@sysparm_nostack=true

Any guidance on this?
