Virtual agent in ms teams giving error for one particular topic, but working fine in service portal

Hey all,

 

We implemented Virtual agent in ms teams but we are getting an error for just one topic block. The error is "

I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation. (I can only accept one file.)

There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later. (I can only accept one file.)

The conversation has ended. If you need help again, type hi. (I can only accept one file.)"

 

But this is working fine in virtual agent bot on service portal. 

Please help me understand what could cause this issue
