Virtual agent not allowing new conversation

I created custom LIVE AGENT and configured the Chat window connecting End Customer directly to the Live Agent while opening from the below community but I face the issue when End Customer requesting Live Agent where they are OFFLINE status then it is giving 'no agents available' message but it is not allowing to open New conversation instead the End Customer needs to refresh the whole page for that

I tried the below script, May I know do I need to activate some plugin or API for using such script?  Can you share the script which you tried?

On my PDI I haven't activated specific additional plugins, so normal VA should be enough. Scripting I already shared before, though for whatever reason you choose a slightly different approach.

I tried it by creating new PDI instance and I'm getting the same error. I followed the below steps

1. I created a new PDI instance(Utah)
2. I activated plugin Virtual Agent

3. I created a new Designer for 'Setup topic' and added that in the sys_cs_context_profile table

The set up which I shared, worked immediately, less than 10 minutes.

 

I don't know why you are trying differently, and seeing al your posts, this is already taking you several hours or maybe even more.
