Hi all,
I hope I am posting this in the right forum, we are using Virtual agent notifications and they should only fire through MS Teams. However, we receive them on mobile as well from Now Support. I have checked and have already removed the Virtual Agent Push Notification from the Push providers and the quick chat option in the now mobile applets is inactive. We do not have Now Support installed but we do have Now Mobile and Mobile Agent.
I haven't been able to find a way to solve this based on what I found in the documentation. Any help from someone that solved a similar case?

Just leaving an update here as I found the solution for this. If you do not require Virtual Agent Push Notifications you can deactivate the scheduled job Generate Virtual Agent Push Notification. This will stop the VA pushes in all apps.

Just leaving an update here as I found the solution for this. If you do not require Virtual Agent Push Notifications you can deactivate the scheduled job Generate Virtual Agent Push Notification. This will stop the VA pushes in all apps.
