Virtual agent redirection of KB link

  1. In VA, when try to search with any keyword and lists out the knowledge articles and when we select any one, it shows with a read more option.

When we click on to that “Read more” option, it is taking to the different portal (sp) which is OOB, we want to redirect to our customized Portal.

Need help on the configurations.

Thanks for the suggestions but we want when click on Read more option in Knowledge article from VA, Then it should take it to our own portal.
